After 2nd Service

On Sunday afternoon, November 10, immediately following the 11:00 a.m. worship service, the congregation will be invited to join in the assembly of cleaning kits (aka "flood buckets"), hygiene kits, and menstrual kits for use by UMCOR (our United Methodist Committee on Relief).

As the most recent release from UMCOR noted, "Now is time to help replenish the warehouse (referring to our Atlanta area UMCOR warehouse space at Impact UMC) ... but please hold them at your church until a coordinated drop-off day at the Disaster Response Warehouse."

Working together, we intend to assemble in short order 20 of each of these essential disaster response tools, making an investment of over $2,000 in in-kind disaster response resources. Some will find their way to areas damaged by Hurricanes Helene & Milton, while we will also be helping to prepare precious in-kind resources for the NEXT storm to come.

Won't you come and join hands as we help UMCOR help our neighbors in need?
